You're in decent shape, you exercise, you watch what you eat. So why can't you shed those last ten pounds? Actually, you can—but not by dieting madly or sweating it off the usual way

The writer undoubtedly has my approval; not that my approval means much, but you get the point. It was a complete article that gave many suggestions appropriate for beginners and experts. Mark Kirby was very down to earth and also explained that the work wouldn’t be easy. He did an excellent job of stating the truth and presenting the facts. Body transformations don’t come from slack workouts and it was important that Kirby included that. Results come from hard work and sacrifice. What would you sacrifice for something you desperately wanted?
A lot of people get stuck in this weight rut the article was talking about, especially around our area when it just get SO cold that going outside isn’t an option unless you wear five layers of clothes. I notice that you seem to like GQ a lot.
ReplyDeleteGo figure that you do an article on working out, model. You obviously are willing to sacrifice a lot to get your six pack. I go with the theory that when I begin looking chunky or if I just feel crappy about myself I will start making time to work out. Until then, I'm fine with myself.
ReplyDeleteYeah, lucky for me I get to be a representative of that "last 10" oh wait... 2 kids later, I guess it is more of a "last 30". Well I have incentive now, a strapless bridesmaid dress in July. I have been faithfully going to the gym everyday since August, but maybe now I'll start doing more than just sitting in the sauna and hot tub.
